Going Out on a High Note
My first day as a receptionist for Fox Sports Bay Area was August 10, 1998.
My last week as an executive for the NBC Sports Group was April 7, 2017.
That week, I was focused on a successful launch for our MLB streaming product, including fulfilling highly complex and complicated tech, security and geography requirements, a first time ever product for SNY and virtual MVPD distributor advocacy and support.
And guess what - April 2017 was the NBC Sports Regional Network's most successful ever for digital. After 18 years, I had made the choice to pack up my parka and head back to the West Coast. The decision didn't come without all of the feels - excitement, anxiety, humility, pride.
So proud to out on such a high note... and can't wait for my next chapter.
